These really do seem they should be easy to find and fairly cheap, but Lowes doesn’t have any, and apparently eBay doesn’t give a flying fuck if you literally declare the exact measurements…

Harbor Freight? Especially if you don’t need an exact match, and can replace the casters. 22cm is pretty big though.

Yeah, they don’t have to be an exact match, as long as the axle hole is 1cm.

Meh, we just went ahead and got a pair of 8" hard rubber tires from Harbor Freight. It would have been nice if they had the original ~8.5" size we wanted, as we only needed one tire.
I thought about upgrading to 10" tires to help make it somewhat easier to roll up and down stairs, but hell if these new tires ain’t already heavy enough…
