If you are mission critical, get paid for it. If you’re that mission critical, you’ll get the raise and still won’t have any dramas about punctuality.

Managing your time is one thing. Doing the job of multiple people is foolish and should get a raise. If you are mission critical, get paid for it.
If you’re that mission critical, you’ll get the raise and still won’t have any dramas about punctuality.
