    Managing your time is one thing. Doing the job of multiple people is foolish and should get a raise. If you are mission critical, get paid for it.

    If you’re that mission critical, you’ll get the raise and still won’t have any dramas about punctuality.

      But working less is the same as being paid more per hour, and I’d much rather work less than have a bit more money? Finding a job that is nominally 30 hours/week while paying as much as my current one would be quite hard.
