Jesus…I know modern cars crumple for safety, but how the hell could you get enough speed in a parking garage to do that???
See my comment elsewhere, 0-60 in 4.5 or less paired with launch control which is a standing start assist for racing and such.

The ambulance is likely on the way, may be fighting traffic. It doesnt look like its a “need an ambulance or someone WILL die” scene, the ambulance can take its time.

From the original thread, there were a couple comments that shed light on what possibly happened:
That was a BMW M440i (i recognize the wheels, color and slope of the back). It has a 386hp/398lb-ft turbocharged inline 6 with a mild hybrid system. BMW says it can do 0-60 in 4.3s, but independent tests have shown it can do 3.9-4.1s
Most likely this idiot used launch control in the parking structure wanting to show off and lost control, eating the pillar
