Tim Hortons (it’s a fast food brand quite popular in Canada for those who’re confused) is partnering up with the Harry Potter IP to launch Harry Potter themed products for some time.

JK Rowling, who’s a massive massive transphobe and who has caused a lot of pain to our trans friends earns quite a lot of money from the IP. Every penny you spend on this IP directly contributes to her financial growth.

Please boycott Tim Hortons (at least for the duration of this event if not forever).

Trans rights are human rights, and fuck all individuals and institutions that violate/promote violation of human rights.

    I’ll do you one even better. Timmy’s has been on my shitlist since I went there and had, no question, the worst coffee in my life. This is what Canadians say is so great?

      No, most of us hate it too. They just spend an insane amount of money on marketing themselves as all-Canadian which is funny considering they’re not even a Canadian company anymore.

      Tim Horton’s people dilute the shit coffee with dairy and sugar to kill the taste. It’s coffee for people who hate coffee.
