They have a long way to go but at least they’re going it. In the meantime, much of the west is stagnating or regressing.
That’s an unfaur oversimplification. Maybe for some parts of “the west” (i.e. america and germany), but other parts of “the west” are doing their part (i.e. norway, canada).
I said “much of” not “all of the west”.
