Who are these people?

• The woman with not enough dress is Kayra, a night hag in disguise. Hags are not usually welcome in society, but these ones are special to the changeling.
• The woman with the flowers is also Kayra - a changeling who replaced the real Kayra when the elder hags stole her away to make her one of them.
• It’s Changeling-Kayra’s wedding day, and she just finally confessed to her betrothed that she’s not really human. Happily, he was remarkably cool with it.
• The original Maid of Honour, Sassy, has her own thing going on. Best to give her some privacy.

If you’re really confused, you could go back to the very beginning of the changeling’s story arc.
