I’ll give this a try just in case we have visually impaired people “missing” on this “shirt”.
The shirt is divided horizontally in thirds:
The top third is a classic dress shirt.
The bottom third is made of a plaited skirt, but ends just above the bellybutton
The middle third joins both other thirds by laying on top of them. It is a large waffle textured textile band with a ruffles on both top and bottom.
This above is true for both the torso and arms.
Which makes the whole thing look like 2 halves of different persons stitched together, but that was conveniently ran over by a tractor with tires made of waffles in the middle to hide the seam.
