I see there is a setting for Show Notifications for New Posts but I haven’t wanted to select it as at face value I would see that as all posts in any community. Does that setting by chance only apply to communities we moderate? If not is there a setting somewhere for that?

I asked the same question and was suggested a workaround - create an additional user, subscribe to all the communities you mod, then enable it’s “Show notifications for new posts” + “send notifications to email” option in settings, and you will be emailed for every post
