Haiku is an open-source operating system that specifically targets personal computing. Inspired by BeOS, Haiku is fast and easy to learn but very powerful.
I think I probably meant usable. Essentially, the last time I tried it, software like LibreOffice wouldn’t run and I had a few minor issues with web browsing.
It’s probably been fixed, come to think of it. Maybe I’ll give it another go.
I do quite like Haiku. It’s not quite
stableusable enough for me yet, but I have no doubt that I’ll be using it as a daily driver in the near future.5-7-5 is pretty stable tbh.
