    For me the EU should make all hardware manufacturers provide open source drivers with the full range of configuration options available. This is one of the biggest hurdles to moving away from Windows.

    Slightly tangential but PeerTube is never going to compete with the Big Red Play Button if people use juvenile domain names like “peertube.wtf”

      It’s federated, so one can setup whatever instance they want on whatever domain they want.

      If the admin feels “.wtf” is edge, cool. If someone else believe it’s NSFW or wouldn’t help promote the cause, they can setup another instance on another domain. If the content itself is federated, they might share that link instead.

        Yeah I know all that, but for whatever reason this dumbass domain seems to be the only one I ever see. Personally I’m all in favor of having a respectable ,canonical domain for newbies and occasional users, but this one is not going to cut it.

      Then use another PeerTube provider, if you don’t like the domain name.
