Don’t expect slaves to have the time, money, and energy to spend hundreds of hours to be an attractive weight.

If those things reduced people’s weight in a reasonable time frame then they would do that.
Don’t expect slaves to have the time, money, and energy to spend hundreds of hours to be an attractive weight.
