    Coming home on the train. The stops and places didn’t worry me, I did get a little start when a darkish bloke with a black hoodie, tee and black backpack got on.

    I’ll be ok. It was just a bloke

      dark hair, dark beard, a Mediterranean complexion , indeed, because it was a bloke that looked like that committed an act of extremist xian motivated terrorism when I was on the train on Saturday

      it was just a bloke, that one bad individual who did it , many men wear black and have black backpacks, there is no need to worry

        We do tend to prioritise past experience over objective assessment. Understandable that this should have disturbed you. Kudos to you for applying rational assessment. Can take some time to make this stick though, so don’t be surprised if these feelings happen again. Breathe deeply.

            Completely true. Like witnessing a horror car accident. It’s right and good to mourn the victims, but take no personal responsibility.
