    What’s your favorite thing about these comics? Do the recurring characters start to grow on you or something? I only see some of these comics in passing and everyone is always so shitty to each other…

      A combination of what the other user said, and also yes the recurring characters started to grow on me. Mouse, Turtle, and Bird in particular :)

      Also, to the users who downvoted your comment, I don’t see any reason for the downvotes? ayyy@sh.itjust.works’s comment looks like a genuine good faith question asking why some people enjoy this strip, and valid reasons for why others might not see the appeal. Even then there’s no reason we all need to enjoy the same comic strips

        I’ll keep trying then. Yea I guess people got mad about my question because I neglected to use a compliment sandwich. I will rectify it by making a compliment tostada. The name is “poorly drawn” and I think that’s a good joke because the “shitty” look is achieved through very careful framing of expertly simplified subjects and environments.
