I’ve been told if you do not like where the last five years of your life have led you, then you need to do something to change it, or else the next five years of your life will be more of the same.
While I agree, I think this graphic gets it wrong. It’s often been proven that trying to “change everything at once” often leads to failure. This should be more like a spiral moving outward, each action slowly (or quickly sometimes) making a small impact on a bigger circle until you’re in the bigger circle you want to be. Start small, work your way up, celebrate your wins and remember that each small change has to become a routine for the bigger changes you want to take effect
