Today is Monday, a good day to reflect on what happened last week, and to make plans for this week. How were things going for you, the good, the bad, the funny, the annoying? Do you have any goals for this week, and what are they? It may be worth to remember that sobriety can take more or less effort for different people.
Rough day today. But I didn’t drink with you today. Bout to go for an early sleep instead. Just taking it one day at a time. Focusing on little healthy choices. How are you doing?
Sorry, to hear that, life can be rough sometimes. I’m glad I managed to stay sober in such times as that gave me the power to work on whatever caused problems. I had a date last week, which was one of my goal, but we didn’t click. It’s life.
