This is a daily post for “casual” conversation. If you want to post or talk about something non autism related this is where to do it. I had my first appointment with an autism (aware) counselor. I was very nervous/anxious, but it went very well. I only recently realized that I’m autistic, and this was a big step, and I think seems helpful.
