This is the (a, there’s more than one) Galaxy Hotel in Bali. Apparently it’s a cruise ship that was retrofitted into a land based hotel, or maybe just a hotel built to look like a ship. It’s largely derelict now and is apparently supposed to be “haunted,” because credulous people worldwide just apparently can’t resist branding any crumbling structure as haunted.
I was hoping it would be fake or modified. If it was actually a stranded ship it would be a deathtrap waiting to crumble due to rust eating through the hull and structure.

The ship name is “The Galaxy” and its in Koh Chang. Not important enough for a wiki article it seems, but a fair number of articles on it out there.
