Truthfully, I don’t think about it much unless the media bothers to bring it up. If it’s not a particularly strong element of the narrative, I’m not concerned about it.

PS5 library could use more games, and while, yes, a computer can certainly do more and be more powerful (for a price) a console is a dedicated device that usually does its job with zero hassle or fanangling. While PC gamers love to rag on consoles, the market for them exists for a reason.

This is definitely on point for myself as well. If it were also OPs problem, I’d say his high when the “something has happened” high hits has become so minuscule as to be almost non-existant and now he is in a desperate search for anything he can find. But also maybe he has an entirely different root cause.

Wish they’d focus more on bringing PC games to their console rather than the other way around. Though I guess it’s not like they can force devs to port their games. Does anyone smarter than me know what this would actually takenfrom Sony to incentivize devs to port PC games to PS5? I have nearly zero understanding of ports aside from it’s not simple because of the hardware/architecture and OS being different.
For about 10 years there I never even had two days off in a row. Granted, an upshot to that was at least one day was usually a weekday, so places were actually open and you could get apointments made and stuff done and all that. But then that, too, becomes its own work day.
That just means it’s time for round two, bro.

It’s almost like I’m not referring directly to the article or something! 🙄 My response is referring to the left-wing posting around the news that tries to slam the reps who caved.

Love how the left is doing its usual run of hating how its side has caved, while missing the irony that the left caves every day by tolerating their right-wing neighbors for the scum they are. Like, newsflash, never mind the caving of a handful of democrats. There’s nearly half a Senate and House full of the enemy, put their by your enemy neighbors, and their reps are the real reason we’re in this mess, and the left is going to sit by and tolerate those voters rather than making their lives hell. Because the left is the “good guy,” and lose everything because the left won’t get their hands dirty. And the Right? They get their hands dirty, they suck, but they get their hands dirty, and that’s why they’re in power. Wake the fuck up. Now is not the time to be tolerant, peaceful, or moral. Fuck the idea of “Dems gotta be perfect while the Right gets to be assholes.” Treat the right as scum to be removed just as they remove citizens with ICE. That is the proper way to view them.
Not some do nothing, pat yourselves on the back ass peaceful protest. Brian Thompson deserved his death. Charkie Kirk deserved his death. Aaron Danielson deserved his death.

Nah, Ford is straight up overly common.

Me looking at my minis, only 1/3rd painted.

Yup, surprised me too when I first learned. Especially cause I’m not a big fan of ketchup, even the fresh, real stuff that isn’t processed. And yet sloppy joes are delicious. The other added flavors make all the difference.

You’re not wrong, gerrymandering sucks. But the right wields it unfairly and gets away with it. So we need to do it back. Only when we have enough collective power to dismantle the entirety of gerrymandering at the federal level all at once and for good can it be truly done away with. Until we get to that point, we have to play hardball back, or the right will just continue to get their way.

When your party doesn’t have a Cleric, but you don’t want to be a religious fruitcake to support your party, so you just roll up a Circle of the Shepherd druid and get the side bonus of being able to talk to all the beasts, all the time, no need to fw spell slots. And then take Message as a cantrip because you rolled High Elf lineage. Become the single greatest reconnaissance member your party has ever seen.
Oh, right, I need to finish Vox Machina S1
The only time I’ve ever had someone approach me asking about my autism was from a fellow autist. Twas a good talk.

Cool. The democratic left needs to stop being a bunch of fucking pushovers. If the right is going to play hardball, than play hardball back and fucking win, and fuck the moralists who whine like babies about “BuT tHeN wE’rE nO bEtTeR ThAn ThEM.” Like, removed, we can worry about that shit after we take care of ousting the pack of right-wing cheating fuckwits with zero regard for the law and rules. Then once shit is back and stable, we can worry about your pansy ass empty do-gooder tolerance that allowed the extreme right a voice in the first place.
Great, then, now we have another kind of hand bag.

I mean, in my own case, I’m such a bloody mess I couldn’t really recommend someone be in a long term relationship with me. Or nothing too deep, anyway. I’d feel like I’d drag them down. But all that aside, the biggest reason I can think of to be hesitant about commitment is that, in commiting, you will find yourself having to give up control of your life at times and making comprises for the other person’s sake. Where as if you are non-comittant, you will have more autonomy to lead your life how you wish.
This is dumb and nerd enough for me to contribute to

I attribute it like the line, “Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, that they didn’t stop to think if they should.” Just because someome is brainy and knows a lot of specialized facts doesn’t mean they’ll always make wise decisions.
