It always makes me sad that chess.com was the site that blew up. I always had to convince my friends to use lichess when I played back in school.

Just look up what creators are on nebula. Almost all of them creat high quality cpntent.

I’m using sync and they have an option to remove ads that isn’t a subscription. I’m not sure if that would prevent tracking but another commenter said it would. I’ll probably see if I can get a response from the dev and find out.

It was the best mcu release of recent other than spiderman. But it still didn’t live up to the first two gotg. Disney doesn’t know how to let characters have impactful conclusions and it’s all just cheesy in the end.

I’m sick of alcohol users smelling like ass. If you don’t drink then the smell of alcohol on someone’s breath is absolutely nauseating.

They don’t post up around bars 24/7 and alcohol related dui’s cause thousands of deaths a year.

Why shouldn’t we accept it? Its already poven to be better for you than alcohol, many people enjoy it, and a lot less deaths per year will be caused by wee than alcohol. Should people who don’t want to drink not be allowed to have a place they can hang out similar to a bar?

With the top 5 lemmy instances having an average of 23.3% of their total users being active monthly users and assuming the same for kbin then they would have about 10266 active monthly users.

The server has already been upgraded 3 times. I’m sure they’ll upgrade again if they’re seeing issues. They might not know if it’s an external issue.

I just started with mastodon. Lemmy I’m pretty understanding at but do you have any people/ hashtags you reccomend following on mastodon to not make the whole place feel so small and repetitive? I’m interested in pretty much anything.

They’re not updating til 0.18.1 comes. The lemmy devs got rid of captcha in 0.18 and lemmy.world devs asked if they could add it back in 0.18.1 and they agreed so once that happens it will update. Said there would be too many bots without captcha.

When was that. I tried Samsung with the s5, s7 edge, and then went to one plus for awhile. The s5 and s7 edge were never great and we’re laggy. I’ve now had an s21+ for over two years and the experience has been great. I’m pretty sure I’ll get another 2 years out of this phone before I upgrade.
