Good movie, lots of plot points they start but don’t finish IMO. Also some things that go unexplained by the end of the movie. I’d say it’s worth a rental or opening your sails…

The game played like a beta on underpowered consoles, but the PS5 versions were complete and were able to be finished with no DLC needed. They did the work, turned it around, and the game runs and plays fantastic now 5 years after launch. On top of that they did it in less than 3 years.

Huh, I… Acquired Jedi Survivor so all connectivity shoving monetization must not have worked. I haven’t played the 2nd one, but at least in the first one I didn’t remember there being DLC packs and whatnot.

Also to be completely honest I haven’t played Persona, so if there is DLC in it I am mistaken.

It has been finished and done for at least two years now, with a solid expansion to boot, so the “garbage at launch” argument doesn’t hold much steam for me anymore.

I disagree. When AAA is approached with a solid ending, no monetization beyond a full expansion for less than retail, and good story, I can enjoy them just fine.

See: God of War, Death Stranding, Horizon (not the racing), the Jedi: Survivor series, Persona, Dead Space, Cyberpunk, etc.

AAA can be done right.

I was coming in here to say this: every MGS since they added the stamina bar I have beat non violently, including all the bosses. Even in the MGS 1 remake Twin Snakes for GameCube, no kills.

In MGS 5 they have a whole set of non lethal shotguns, sniper rifles, and assault rifles. I think it’s super fun, and makes you come up with creative ways to knock out armored enemies.

I’ve never seen it and found it entertaining that someone so knowledgeable dress-down someone who messed up something they’re passionate about.

Was he a dick about it? Yes. But it doesn’t make me like him less, even without knowing he’s gotten better about it recently.

It’s all the same plot, along with the “most slaves were happy to be taken from their terrible conditions and given shelter and food for just a little work (☞ﾟヮﾟ)☞” bullshit.

They want to dismantle the DoE so they can fill schools with this crap, and students are already doing worse due to rampant cheating during COVID and the proliferation of AI models making it even easier to cheat and never learn the material.

I’m scared of what the new curriculum they have is going teach the next generation.

I was thinking about my Ultimate 2 anyway, so my comment didn’t matter. Maybe I’ll get a Pro one, some day.
