You have the benefits of knowing all the after-the-fact details and not needing to make a split-second decision, so you think it’s just so simple to take your preferred course of action. No, the police are not bloodthirsty murderers who look for any excuse to kill a civilian, but you paint them that way in your head to justify your hatred of them.
