Hello I am Oladizlau Herasimenia from Smolensk in the Belarussian panhandle and this stunt is called holding the panhandle against Moskals.
I’d make a joke about him being from the Moscow suburbs which is arguably where the panhandle ends, but I think people’s geography would bottom out.
