        How? You didn’t really address my original statement, so of course I didn’t elaborate much further. The GOP drawing their supposed legitimacy underlines my original statement, btw.

        Books have been filled with the topic, which is still unsolved to this day. Expecting me to give you a “detailed plan” can’t be meant in good faith. At least it seems that way. I can answer your question only in a very boiled down manner: through bottom-up organizing.

        I can point you to a direction though. The anarchist FAQ has both the answer to your question in more detail than I could write in a comment. It also a good introductory text.
