You only need to look at Trump skipping all supposed checks and balances and separation of powers to understand that all the paperwork was always a facade of etiquette and not anything actually relevant to political power. Fascist police roams the streets and terrorizes minorities with total impunity, where is your lawful paperwork to defend them?
