It helps give examples on perspectives of the time around historic events and groups where many other docs just focus on presidents and queens and historic personalities.
It is. I’m 2 episodes in. Very enjoyable. They also have battle overviews showing on a tactical level how events like the invasion of Quebec happened. It’s a great mix of storytelling from a macro economics perspective, a leadership perspective, and the perspectives of individuals living through the events. 10/10
