Explains what you’ve been dealing with so you know it’s not a you problem, it’s a body problem. I grew up believing I was lazy and worthless. I still struggle with that, but my diagnosis helped a bit. Unlocks trying coping techniques that can help Unlocks trying medications that can help Among other good reasons for a diagnosis.
