The only thing I could gather from the US “tactical success” is that China should avoid war because the US will bomb their civilians indiscriminately and try to kill as many innocent people as possible. Which is like, yeah, they know that, they have eyes, they’ve seen what the US does to other countries when they attack them, they didn’t need the latest bit of US aggression to tell them that.
