    Yep there should be more road testing required as you get older, required for renewals every 5 or 10 years after age 60

      Honestly, just do it every ten years for everyone. Then the blue hairs can’t claim agism, and the idiots who decide it’s fine when they run stop signs will need to demonstrate that they understand traffic laws.

        10 years is too long. There is a big difference between a 70 and 80 year old driving. Bigger from 80 to 90. And everyone else could deal with more frequent reinforcement of good driving habits too. I think every 2 years is probably about right. Sure, it would be inconvenient, but it would definitely save lives.
