The problem is, being omnipotent, he has intimate knowledge of every commercial product that has and will ever exist, so he automatically loses any lawsuit
No no, that’s because he’s omniscient (all-knowing).
Omnipotence (all-powerful) is why he wins every lawsuit despite having a legal disadvantage due to the omniscience you brought up originally.
But maybe he’s into open source and just wants people to treat the authors better rather than port all their projects to a more memory-safe platform.
