I don’t think anything about this situation is “small potatoes”. Don’t get me wrong, I think killing US military servicemembers is morally the right choice, but we also need to acknowledge that the entire situation is fucked up. The goal should be the destruction of the system which made them into fascist invaders, not individual retribution.

I feel bad for those in the military whose brains have not yet fully formed, but anyone over 25 should be able to see that the US has been the bad guy since at least Korea. But in this case, when the commander in chief has such public disdain for those who sacrifice, I don’t really feel bad for any of them.
