This post is in memory of Bot #001 who sadly blew away in the wind.

Ahhh shit, I think I really did something to my neck last night. Left side hurts like a mf, more than yesterday. Not really sure how to soothe it, I’ve never pulled something in my neck like this before. Of course it’s got to be on the weekend…

Grab some Fisiocrem and lather it on and around the pain. I have regular neck pain and this is my go-to. Also, neurofen will be more effective if the pain is inflammation based.

I’d figure it’s a pain/injury you’re quite familiar with! Yeah, I go for nurofen 90% of the time, it’s helped mask the worst of it. Thanks heaps for the gek recommendation, I might give that a whirl if it’s what works for you

e: interesting that it has St John’s Wort as an ingredient. I wonder if topical application would interfere with an antidepressant regime

      F. happens to me sometimes, tweak something in there by a seemingly random short movement and it seizes up. usually takes a couple of days to settle down.

no idea what causes it or how to fix it, hope this helps

😞 I did this two days ago. Upper back/lower neck area still really sore. Waiting for the chemist to open this morning to go get some voltaren

Think I might get me some voltaren too if this doesn’t abate in a few hours. This is like a pinched nerve feeling. The nurofen is helping for now…

That must be so nice. The nurofen has dulled it for now but it still feels uncomfortable underneath the analgesia and now my eye sockets kind of hurt… v_v
