    I’m talking about crapitalism, it’s not real capitalism: It’s unregulated crony bullshit where corporations abuse the system and the government ignores it because money.

      Ultimately I think every political and economic system, no matter how ideal on paper, falls apart due to human greed and just straight up evil people

        I think economic systems can work reasonably well, provided that it plans for that sort of shit. Nothing will ever be perfect, but things can be improved: Unrestricted capitalism is unsustainable but that doesn’t mean that all aspects of it are inherently bad. Same for some aspects of socialism. The best system that seems to exist so far is a sort of hybrid of the two systems in countries like Denmark where it’s definitely not straight up socialist, but it still has a strong social safety net.

      I feel like being against cronyism isn’t really a hot take. Virtually everybody is against cronyism except for the cronies themselves.
