I had to look up what this was (I’m from the Midwest). It sounds incredible and I felt my arteries hardening up just looking at the picture! I can’t wait to try it!

Get some chicken katsu at Zippy’s with two scoops rice one scoop Mac salad, then Leonard’s for some malasadas.
L&L barbeque is good too. The SPAM music is nice. Or if you’re feeling a little fancier, Helena’s is great.
It 100% felt like Midwest food.
The egg’s supposed to be on top of the gravy.
Hardest part about moving away from Hawaii is not being able to grab a Spam Musubi from 7/11
