          Federal military enforcing federal immigration policies is not martial law.

          A military performing law enforcement isn’t martial law? Please enlighten me as to how that is lol

              Have the military replaced the government now?

              That would be a military junta, not martial law.

              Martial law is when soldiers, not peace officers, are tasked with upholding law and order.

              It doesn’t matter if it’s for a good reason or not, it’s still martial law.
