It’s been made using The Death Generator: Winners Don’t Use Drugs. They don’t redraw pixel art, it’s based on a real screenshot from an (SNES?) emulator.
I don’t think that was ever used on anything but arcade games. Wonder which one it is?
Me too, the font’s 8x8 with a distinct “W”. I skimmed through Arcade Game Typography: The Art of Pixel Type but didn’t find it. The website’s source code is not helping. I guess we could ask the author.
Found it! It’s from a US BIOS Neo-Geo MVS. So I guess “Investion” can be added to the list of SNK-glish. Victoly!!
