It’s more likely that UK won’t be having two major parties for a while.
It’s going to be a four way spilt between Labour, Tory, LibDem and Reform. And if we are lucky also the new Left wing party and Green.

Revolving door politics. Politicians retire as members of several boards of directors, while former industry plants become civil “servants”. Should be outlawed in every halfway decent democratic society. Which unfortunately means none nowadays.
Oh man, you should see this in Australia’s mining industry. Our top miners pay ZERO tax. Zero. The politicians just happen to also score top jobs in the mining sector once they finish.
