I’ve heard this before, but I also I think watched a video of someone trying it and they could not get it to be a better consistency than basically sand.
I’m sure there are supplements that make it easier, and not to get preachy, but let us save on vast amounts of spoiled land and suffering creatures.
My extended family owns a dairy farm and they’re lovely people but having grown up visiting those farms I will never ever touch dairy when I can avoid it.
powderize some egg shell and sprinkle it on like salt, all those baby cow enzymes or whatever are kinda superfluous to your skelleton
