      Incorrect. Though the president of Russia post-soviet union had been part of the soviet union at one time, he quit. He championed a free open market, murdered thousands of protesters, and then trashed the place. In a nutshell.

          Time for you to explain. The USSR wasn’t a full communist utopian society, mostly due to being in war with the west for like 70 years, but it provided an overall fantastic quality of life.

              You’re doing a poor job of looking things up on the fly. Famine was something that happened frequently in that period of time. The Soviet Union resolved the issue by ensuring stability in the future.

                It wasn’t. The Famine was man-made from the actions of Stalin’s Soviet Union and specifically targeted Ukrainians.
