I used to dance around asking anything of anyone as I dont like being a burden to an extreme extent. But I remember in college, I had a epifamy and just said guys ik tired I gotta work tomorrow, ya guys need to head out sorry. Ever since then I just express how I feel as long as its not rude and 99% of people don’t get offended.
I mean if you literally walk into the room bright eyed and fresh, then make eye contact with everyone there, your face drops and your eyes become evasive and listless, and then you use that excuse…
