We’re still in the kinda fun part where mass deregulation leads to a spike in recalls. It’ll be really fun when the recalls slow down despite no increase in safety standards.
Oh fuck I hadn’t thought that far ahead but that’s almost certainly where we’re headed.
Probably a good time to be cooking, washing, or sterilizing most things to whatever degree possible, and leaning towards foods where that’s effective. Next few decades are gonna be interesting.
