    Because that website is named “Moscow times” I checked.

    It’s based in the Netherlands and is quite critical of Putin and company. It’s not Russian state propaganda, if that’s what you mean.

      Thought that was obvious because the next line literally says:

      Despite the name they’re legit,

      But I have been overestimating people a lot today apparently

                Many people get this confused, but it’s important to note that Moscow Times is run from outside of Russia, and is not, in fact, controlled or meaningfully influenced by the Russian government.
