  • I didn’t vote in the mid-terms and I was glad my optimism wasn’t misplaced because of these turnouts.

But, that doesn’t mean my feelings towards the Democrats after the kind of leanings they have shared earlier this year has budged any. They really knocked the wind out of my motivation to support them when they helped refund ICE and are considering picking foreign laws to instill into American laws.

That’s not how things should be. So if the democrats are smart this round, here’s what you should do:

Do not pass anymore funding for ICE. Just don’t.

Uphold American laws, because this is the United States, not some other nation. Change the laws that don’t make sense that Americans are clamoring to be changed, but keep the same values.

Take it to Trump and for real this time. Stop with the whole finger wagging and “ah, ah, ah” way of attitude towards him and his cronies. It’s obvious he and his administration feel that they’re above everyone, including law and order.

Any Republican-leaning who call themselves Democrats still, oust them and kick them out. They are a problem.

It’s time to undo the damage and restore faith in this country again.

  • Karma systems invalidate someone’s way of thinking. You may not realize how much people will say or do anything to feel better about themselves seeing a stupid number go up. And the more meaningless points that a user has, they get a god complex by thinking they can say or do no wrong.

A lot of the people I’ve confronted on this platform and in the past, are assholes with lots of points.

I don’t see the point in karma systems at all. It isn’t about making posts the most seen. It’s about people chasing validity.

It’s stupid. It’s one of man’s demonstrations of power-tripping over another thing.

“Luuk, I gu out at the ass-crack o’the mornin’ and I shoot something down, I feel prowd!”

A lot of the time, it is simply about just going out and killing something short of joining the military because we can’t just go around killing whoever and whatever we don’t like without being penalized for it.

Nothing but just fulfilling that small dick complex, is what it is.

  • The problem about AI right now is multi-pronged.

    But the main key problems are;

It’s costing people’s jobs. In a way, this is of no surprise because before AI, there were shitty bosses and CEOs. They were always there and they will always find any excuse, if any, to release you from your job. AI only merely accelerated it.

Data Centers/AI Plants take too much water. I like how people conveniently forget today, how much water companies like Coca-Cola and Nestle actually take while turning around, bottling said water, just to sell it back to you. And if anyone has watched How It’s Made, you can find arguments everywhere in that series, about how much resources are taken to make everything we use.

My point is, is a lot of arguments that people bring up against AI, there’s such a wedge of counter-arguments in them that negate the problem of AI itself. It’s just demonized because people are disappointed that AI isn’t magically fixing roads and potholes, I guess, I don’t know. Society doesn’t know what they truly want anymore out of anything, it’s just the feeling in the moment of the current ‘I want said thing’ dominates their mindsets.

But the actual problem with AI shocks no one - shitty CEOs.
