Could anyone explain to me what’s happening there like I was 5 years old?
There is a fan at the bottom of the mouse costume to keep it inflated and someone injected fart spray in the fan opening filling the costume with fart spray. The person inside the costume is struggling to escape the smell.

Looks like they had something that smelled bad and put it near the fan that sucks air into the suit to keep it inflated. Then the person inside the costume overreacted cartoonishly for laughs.
